Otto Lake Road Campus
Our first employee housing site has expanded a lot over the years, staring as a 13 bed 4 bath bunk house to the current 15 bedroom, 4 bathroom dorm, with a freestanding Kitchen and Common building. Across campus but within walking distance is our cabin community. The Otto Lake housing shares a lot with the ATV launch site.

Hilltop Road Campus
The Hilltop campus was built in 2015, and is located a mile from the Otto Lake Road campus. This housing is divided between 2 buildings encompassing 22 bedrooms, a common space and kitchen as well as 5 bathrooms. 4 bedrooms share a building with the commons, and is reserved for dual occupancy staff.

McKinley Park Village Campus
Our most recent building project was the McKinley Park Village campus, where we added 6 bedrooms, a cozy commons, and kitchen to the existing managers cabin. Like the Otto Lake Road property, MPV shares it’s housing lot with the Jeep launch site, making it easy to get to work.
